We are looking for the future changemakers who are committed to addressing the world’s most pressing issues. Volunteer Fellows generally have the following characteristics:
Willingness to take risks & ask bold questions
A demonstrated passion for addressing issues in your community and a record of service work
An ability to be vulnerable/self-reflective & explore how a personal story connects to your passion
High levels of academic engagement & curiosity
Interest in social entrepreneurship, international development or using their field to change the world for the better
Strong leadership potential & an interest in developing leadership skills
Students ages 15-19

Our one-month Fellowship is $2,000 and includes mentorship sessions and our team supports you in fully developing, implementing and creating a global impact project.
If you add on a 7-day Volunteer Residency the cost is $4,000
We run a 1 for 1 program, so for every paying student we work with, another student is given a full scholarship to participate in the Volunteer Fellowship.

Student can apply using an application link & will be asked to submit a 1-3 minutes video or a written reflection on the quote:

Selected students will be invited to interview with us for both the Capstone & the Fellowship

Our Fellowship runs year round and admissions is rolling. Once we’re full, students will be placed on a waitlist for the next year.

For the Volunteer Fellowship you will average around 3 hours per week including individual & group sessions, as well as outside work.

We help connect the projects from our Volunteer Fellows to our global network of community partners, through an online platform so that communities get the chance to access the resources they need and create the change that they want to see.

An experienced Masters level project coach & personal project plan for professional & personal guidance during the 1-month Volunteer Fellowship
4 private mentoring sessions for the 1-months that focus on project design, implementation, finding your unique story, as well as mindset coaching
A full-time impact support team that helps you with web design & updates, research support, project implementation in Tanzania, NGO & press partner networking & strategic planning that connects the impact you’ve made to your overall college application
Lessons in Social Entrepreneurship & International Development
A personalized impact portfolio that clearly showcases your story, skills, impact & lessons learned during the Fellowship for college applications
Support in scaling your project with clubs & programs at your school and with our network of community organizations and press partners
Social and emotional support during the Volunteer Fellowship & afterwards in the alumni network
A Global Network of other Fellows to collaborate with
