Empowering Organizations to Improve Gen Z Mental Health

So that you can…

Improve Student Engagement  + Success

Increase Student Retention & Revenue

Build More Purpose Driven (and less polarized) communities

Gen Z is facing a mental health crisis of epic proportions

4 out of 10 students have considered putting a pause on their studies due to poor mental health.

— Gallup & Lumina Foundation, 2023

So why isn’t therapy enough?

Early intervention before a crisis is possible.

  • Counseling Centers have seen a 90% increase in service usage, with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and First Gen students being particularly impacted

  • Staff are often overwhelmed with competing responsibilities and a huge need for student support.

  • Focusing on treatment only instead of prevention places us in a position where the need for services never decreases

We help students get excited, instead of exhausted, through purpose driven service, community building & global citizenship

  • “Working with Lauren is inspiring! Every time we collaborate, I feel energized, joyful and ready to face any challenge!

-Carolyn, a current teacher and co-program director

  • "Lauren is truly fantastic-her attention to detail, enthusiasm and engagement that she brings to each of her sessions is truly inspirational!"

    - Ana, a former student

  • "I think Lauren is one of the best mentors I've worked with. She knows just what questions to ask. "

    -Victoria, a former student

Get to know Lauren

I am an educational consultant and mental health advocate (Columbia, MSW) who has worked in the field for over 13 years, combining my expertise in youth mental health, community building and service, to help both students & organizations improve student success.

90% of counseling centers have reported increase service need. Let’s change that number.

We work to create communities where purpose helps promote positive mental health for both students and staff through our membership network and training workshops.
